您好，非线性指的是输出电压与最佳拟合直线的峰值偏差，表示为偏差与FSR之比。
在datasheet中也有描述：Nonlinearity is the peak deviation of the output voltage from the best-fit straight line, and is expressed as the ratio of deviation to FSR.
