t-Global Technology's TGPK27 series is a thermally conductive phase change material that is solid at room temperature but changes phase to a viscous liquid at 55°C. This allows the material to effectively wet surfaces which allows for an ultra-thin bond line. T-sticks are supplied in an easy to use “glue stick” format so that they can be manually applied to a wide range of surfaces. The unique formulation gives an exceptionally low thermal resistance for heat transfer in the most demanding of applications.
