Combination Serial EEPROM and temperature sensor device contains 2048-bits EEPROM as 256-bytes of 8-bits each. The EEPROM operation is tailored specifically for DRAM memory modules SPD.
The integrated temperature sensor converts temperatures from -20°C to +125°C to a digital word and provides a typical accuracy of ±1°C (max.) over the operating temperature range of +75°C to +95°C. The temperature sensor continuously monitors temperature and updates data in the temperature register at least eight times per second.
