Description
The LM3475MF is a hysteretic P-FET buck controllerdesigned to support a wide range of high efficiencyapplications in a very small SOT-23-5 package. Thehysteretic control scheme has several advantages,including simple system design with no externalcompensation, stable operation with a wide range ofcomponents, and extremely fast transient response.Hysteretic control also provides high efficiencyoperation, even at light loads. The PFET architectureallows for low component count as well as100% dutycycle and ultra-low dropout operation.
