The ADR361AUJZ-REEL7 is a Low power High Precision 2.5V Voltage Reference with sink/source capability. Using patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques, the ADR361AUJZ-REEL7 reference achieves a low temperature drift of 9ppm/°C. The micropower, low dropout voltage reference provides a stable output voltage from a minimum supply of 300mV above the output.
